For all packages check in time is at 3pm and check out time is at 11am. If you want additional time for wedding preperation $1,500.00 will be added to your package. If you need additional time for check out $1,500.00 will be added to your package.
For events with a guest count of 61 or more, a porta potty must be rented for the day of the wedding.
All wedding parties must provide wedding/event insurance for the dates of your stay naming Strawberry Lake Lodge LLC, 10201 Kress Rd. Pinckney, MI 48169 as the certificate holder. This shall be emailed 1 week prior to your stay at the Lodge.
In additional to the Package fee a refundable $1000 damage deposit and a $600 non-refundable cleaning fee shall be added to all Packages.
Dogs are welcome and a non refundable $250 deposit per pet shall be charged. If the pet is above 50lbs than the fee is $500. All pets must be placed in a crate when not accompanied by the guests and alone in the Lodge or an additional $250 charge will be implemented per pet and taken out of the damage deposit.
The use of all indoor dishes, pots, pans and silverware are for the use of the overnight guests only and shall not be used for outdoor events.
For outdoor events with over 30 guests you must provide a shuttle service.
A parking area for your guests are pre-paid and located at the Chilson Commons behind the Urgent Care. Map is provided under the tab "Shuttle Service".
For weddings we have 32 rectangular tables, 17 round tables and 125 chairs available for your use. (Round tables are 5ft long and 30 inches tall, rectangular tables are 6ft long 29.5 inches wide and 29 inches tall)
Overnight lodging is available for up to 28 guests if doubling up in beds.
Access is granted to our outdoor & indoor, house-wide Sonos sound system.
There is a sound ordinance of up to 75 decibels and music/sound must end by 10:00 pm which includes band, DJ's and music. This is non negotiable!
Fees include tables and chairs.
Fees include the use of the gourmet kitchen in the basement area and main floor.
Fees do not include food, beverage or any additional rentals such as tents, linens and tableware.
Fees do not include the use of the Saloon which would be an additional $1000 toward the rental. The use of the Saloon is for the wedding day, must have licensed and insured bartenders and must be shut down by 10:30 pm.
All indoor furniture must remain exactly where it is and shall not be moved outside or an additional fee of $500 shall be taken out of the damage deposit.
No kegs are allowed on the premises whatsoever!
Overnight Accommodations
Willow Suite: with claw tub, bathroom, TV, couch, small eating area, king-sized bed and queen-sized bed.
Jack Pine Suite: Large tiled bathroom, TV, couch, two queen-sized beds and trundle bed.
Mahogany Suite: The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, small coffee station, living room with fireplace, pull out couch, TV and large handicap accessible master bath with walk in shower and jetted tub.
Maple Suite: Main floor bedroom with queen sized bed and sitting area.
Spruce Suite: Lower-level private suite with king bed, full bath with tiled walk-in shower and access to bar area.
Red Oak Suite: Lower-level murphy bedroom area accommodated a full kitchen, dining area, living room and 2 queen murphy beds.
Cherry Room Suite: has 3 queen beds, coffee station, TV and full bath with walk in tiled shower.

Spruce Suite: Lower-level private suite with king sized bed, coffee station, full bath with tiled walk-in shower and access to kitchen area.
Willow Suite: With claw tub, bathroom, TV, couch, small eating area, king and queen-sized bed.
Red Oak Suite: Lower-level murphy bedroom area accommodated a full kitchen, dining area, living room, TV and 2 queen murphy beds.
Jack Pine Suite: 2 queen size beds, trundle bed which sleeps 2, tiled walk in shower in the bathroom, and sitting area.
